• A Return Authorization number must be obtained in the trial period from the date your order was shipped.
• It is important to ship your return package within 3-5 days of receiving your RA# to allow for proper transit and receiving time.
• Once we receive your package, please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your return. The timing of your refund may depend on your credit card provider and method of payment.(If you do not see your return amount appear on your statement after 12 business days, contact us (1-877-749-5777) immediately and we will resolve promptly).
• Customers who originally paid by check by phone or by electronic check withdrawal will be issued a refund check within four (4) weeks of processing your return.
• Return eligibility is dependent on product condition, timing, and physical receipt of return package in our warehouse. Opened and/or used cosmetic products are non-refundable. Returns received with damaged merchandise due to misuse may be denied refund and customer may be held responsible for the full value of the product if balance exists on the account.
• Luminess assumes no responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged by carrier transporting and delivering returned merchandise.
• Packages containing expired RA#s may be refused and returned to sender at sender's expense. Merchandise received seven (7) days past RA expiration date may subjected to a re-stocking fee based on 25% of full purchase price.
